• Delivered via  6 x LIVE zoom call lessons with accompanying worksheets (all links and work sheets are emailed in advance). 
• Can't make the LIVE calls? No problem. All recordings will be emailed to students within 24 hours of the call and we have a PRIVATE Facebook Group exclusively for this cohort of students to ask questions. 
• Not great at Maths? Please don't worry. Karen will walk you through every aspect of this week, step by step. Plug in your own numbers and Karen can help you with the calculations.
• The "Price Like A Pro" Private Facebook group will remain open after the week has ended as we know, you might not work through some of the lessons until a later date and you may have questions or need Pricing Support even 6 months later.  (Not on Facebook? No problem, your links are all emailed and if you have questions simply reply to the email)
• Groomers from anywhere in the world are welcome to join us, but when we touch on tax etc, we will be UK specific. (Sorry)

This event is being held LIVE solely for one week and is specifically for dog groomers. I'm sorry, this is not generic “any pet business” advice.

The strategies taught are specific to the way in which dog groomers work. 

Karen has taken her Mathematics & Pricing studies from University and passed them through the filter of our industry. 

Unlike hourly calculators which only pay you for the hours a dog is present in your salon, Karen's methods have tackled this issue head on and adapted a solution and strategy that pays you for ALL the work you do. (Even those 9pm booking texts to clients).

Yes, this week involves some maths, yes it involves a bit of work with your own numbers, yes, it might involve a bit of discomfort (private not public), as you look at the reality of your financial situation, but that's why we're doing this together. 

Please do not worry. We will NOT be asking you to share your current prices, costs or financial situation. That's nobody's business but your own. We trust the groomers involved to take what they learn and apply it how they see fit in their business. No judgement from us! 

However much you join the LIVE calls or wait to receive the recordings is entirely up to you.

Tue 15th Sept 2026 – 6pm - Outgoings, Salaries, Tax & the pitfalls of paying by the hour! (By the end of today’s strategy call, you will have a minimum price for your services). 

Wed 16th Sept 2026 – 10am - Building Profit and your raising your “Sweet Spot” .

Thurs 17th Sept 2026 - 10am - How to approach your next price increase with your customers to minimise customer loss. Dog Groomer to Dog Groomer (this is one not to miss).

Fri 18th Sept 2026– BREAK - use this day to catch up or head to the Facebook group with your questions.

Sat 19th – 3pm - Money mindset. If the numbers you’ve calculated this week have scared you a bit, let's have a pep talk and make a plan. x

Sun 20th – 6pm - Summary and Q&A

By the end of the week, you’ll never need to ask “What do you charge for a…” in a Facebook forum again
